The executive Chef: Panos Papadopoulos

Panos Papadopoulos comes from Naoussa, a small town in Greece, famous for its wines.
He worked and apprenticed internationally. He started in London, then on to a two-star Michelin in Lausanne, and a three-star Michelin –Akelarre- in San Sebastian and at the legendary Vardis de Kifissia, Athens.
The chef will seduce you with his modern authentic culinary creations of Mediterranean cuisine.
He favors regional flavors and sources seasonal organic products such as farm produce, fish and cheese.
His signature ingredient is local mussels from Olympiada. He gets them fresh every day from a farm very close to the resort. His motto is: “Simplicity at its best”

300 gr flour (or 2 3/8 cups)
150 gr water (or 5/8 cups)
20 gr vinegar (0.08 cup)
20 gr olive oil (0.08 cup)

Fresh spinach leaves, Fresh mint, Fresh milk, Salt & pepper ,Olive oil ,Garlic, Chives, Spring onions, Feta Cheese

Greek salad
Tomatoes, Cucumber, Feta cheese, Spring onions, Kalamata olives, Capres, Salt & pepper, Olive oil

½ cucumber, Greek yogurt, Mint leaves, 1 glove of garlic, Salt & pepper, Olive oil, Vinegar

The Resort :

Avaton Luxury Villas Resort – Relais & Chateaux offers seafront accommodation with Mediterranean gardens.
It is an estate perched above a private beach of turquoise blue.
All 36 units are air conditioned and have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Most units include a dining area and/or terrace, while some come with private pools.
